Do you bid residential?

No. Commercial lots, yards, access roads, and public work only. Driveways and homeowner jobs are declined.

Will I get one contractor or a vendor list?

One contract, one point of contact, licensed and insured crews in-market. This is not a partner marketplace.

What if the bid window is tight?

Put the due date on the form and attach the addenda. Incomplete packages slow the number more than a short window does.

Can the lot stay open?

Yes. Check the box if operations can’t stop. Night and phased work are part of how we bid retail, industrial, and parking.
