Home / How we work

A bid desk, not a phone tree.

You send the package. We return one licensed, insured asphalt number — then we execute it under the NEXTPAVE contract. Commercial and public work only.

The process

From spec to stripe, one accountable bid.

  1. 01

    Send the package

Quote request or upload plans, specs, and addenda. Name the site, the due date, and whether the lot has to stay open. Incomplete packages slow the number more than a tight window does.

  2. 02

We bid it as a prime

One proposal. One point of contact. Licensed and insured execution. You are not assembling a vendor list or managing a marketplace.

  3. 03

    In-market crews

Work runs under the NEXTPAVE contract wherever the property sits. Night and phased work when retail, industrial, or parking can’t shut down. Closeout includes the markings and ADA that were in the bid.

Coverage

Charlotte HQ. Nationwide lots.

National Parking Lot Services is based in North Carolina. We bid commercial and public asphalt across the country and deliver it in-market under one contract. Coverage is not a 50-state map with empty pins — it is a bid desk that can take the package. See where we work.

What you get

Licensed, insured, bid-ready.

One contract

COI path, scope, and closeout sit with NEXTPAVE. You are not chasing a different paver in every state.

Quality that holds

Grade, drainage, and ADA belong in the same number. Overlay that ponds or striping that fails inspection is a failed bid.

Operations stay open

Tell us the lot has to stay live. We bid night work and phasing instead of pretending a weekend shutdown will hold.

What we don’t do

The line is commercial.

No residential

No driveways. No homeowner jobs. Lots, yards, access roads, and public work.

No partner recruiting here

This site is for the people who award the work. You get a contractor, not a signup form for vendors.
