National Parking Lot Services. Headquartered in Charlotte.
NEXTPAVE exists to win commercial and public asphalt work nationwide and deliver it under one contract. You get a contractor — licensed, insured, and bid-ready.
Why we exist
Local pavers don’t scale with a portfolio.
Property teams and GCs shouldn’t chase a different asphalt contractor in every state. One bid desk. One COI path. Work that holds grade, drainage, and ADA. Locations starts with Charlotte HQ, then the states we can describe without a mad-lib.
Commercial only
We do not bid residential driveways. Lots, yards, access roads, and public work. If it is a house, it is not a NEXTPAVE job.
Not a marketplace
We do not recruit partners on this site. You are not managing vendors. Work runs under the NEXTPAVE contract.
