Who we are

NEXTPAVE is a national commercial asphalt contractor headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. This policy covers nextpave.net. We do not bid residential. We do not run a partner marketplace on this site.

What you send

The quote form asks for name, work email, company, role, phone, site or project details, bid due date, whether the lot must stay open, and optional files (plans, specs, addenda). Homepage forms collect a shorter version of the same. Send only what you are authorized to share.

How estimating uses it

We use the package to decide whether the work is commercial, build a proposal under the NEXTPAVE contract, and follow up. Driveway and homeowner requests are declined and are not treated as a bid. We do not sell this information. We do not use it to recruit paving partners.

Cookies and tracking

This version of the site does not load analytics, ads, or marketing pixels. The host may set technical cookies needed to serve the pages. If we add measurement later, this page will say so before anything extra is collected.

How long we keep it

Bid packages stay as long as they are needed to estimate, award, or close the file — then they are removed from active estimating. We may keep a record that a commercial request was received if the job is awarded.
